I’m the Owner and Principal Broker of Realty ONE Group Discovery in Bend, Oregon, where I focus on helping real estate agents grow successful, sustainable businesses in a collaborative and supportive environment. My passion for coaching agents comes from my own experience in the industry. I spent years working in a traditional brokerage model with high splits, limited training, and very little support—and I knew there had to be a better way.
When I found Realty ONE Group, everything changed. The focus on culture, work-life balance, systems, and accessible leadership showed me what’s possible when agents are truly supported. Today, I’ve built a brokerage centered around that same philosophy—where agents don’t have to figure it out alone. We prioritize real training, accountability, and a culture where collaboration replaces competition. Whether an agent is brand new or experienced, my goal is to help them create consistency, confidence, and long-term growth in their real estate career.
In addition, I’m the founder of the Oregon Real Estate Referral Network, designed to help agents across Oregon generate passive income through referrals. This creates an opportunity for agents who have stepped away from full-time production—or simply want more flexibility—to stay connected to the industry while still earning income from the relationships they’ve built. I’m a proud Oregon native, born in Dufur and raised in the Columbia River Gorge, and now based in Bend.
Real estate has always been a part of our lives—from renovating and selling homes to managing rental properties—and I bring that real-world experience into how I lead and support agents today.
